People function at their best when mental health is supported, sleep is healthy, and they feel confident, capable and in control of how they work and live. When these are in place, people think more clearly, lead more confidently, and make better decisions under pressure.

Founder, Lead Coach and Trainer

I’m Rachael Forsberg, founder of DAWN Coaching & Development. I’m a workplace training specialist, coach and facilitator with extensive experience designing and delivering large-scale programmes across leadership, mental health, wellbeing and sleep. My background spans leadership development, behaviour change, mental health training and project management, working with organisations to create meaningful, practical impact.

I’m known for bringing warmth, clarity and credibility into complex conversations. My approach is grounded in psychology, and real-world experience, and I create spaces where people feel safe to reflect, challenged to grow, and supported to make sustainable change. Whether I’m coaching individuals, facilitating senior teams or delivering training, my focus is always the same: helping people work and live in ways that are healthier, more effective and more human.
